Fundermax’s range of external grade high pressure laminates have been chosen for their resilience to sun, rain (including acid rain) and moisture - none of these have any effect to the surface or core. The colour ranges include solid colours, texture effects and timber effects.
Fundermax Exterior is manufactured using cellulose papers impregnated with phenolic resin. The panels are formed by compression at high temperature. The surface coating is achieved using melamine coated coloured/decorative foils. Thickness of panels vary from 4 mm up to 15 mm depending on the type of installation requirement.
Amertec will optimise the panel size required and will cut these to size.
Installation is achieved by either mechanically fixing; using screws and rivets or is chemically secretly fixed using ‘Sikatack®’ adhesives. The panels can be either fixed to timber battens or onto a range of aluminium fixing systems.
